做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
