做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
