做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
