做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
