做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
