做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
