做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
