做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
