做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
