做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
