做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
