做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
