做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
