做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
