做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
