做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
