做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
