做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
