做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
