做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
