做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
