做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
