做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
