做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
