做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
