做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
