做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
