做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
