做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
