做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
