做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
