做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
