做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
