做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
