做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
