做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
