做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
