做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
