做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
