做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
