做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
