做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
