做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
