做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
