做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
