做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
