做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
