做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
