做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
