做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
